Heutzutage ist es sehr verbreitet, ein Heimstudio zu betreiben. Fast jeder, der einen Computer besitzt, könnte Aufnahmen machen... Nur: klingt das automatisch gut? Es dauert, bis man seine Software und seine Geräte so gut kennt, dass man damit hochwertige Signale speichern kann. Dann ist es auch eine Frage des Gehörs und der Erfahrung, einen Mix gut anzulegen.
Mein Computer ist ein Apple Mac Studio M1 ultra mit 8TB/ 128GB Ram. Monitorlautsprecher: ADAM P11a. Meine Hauptsoftware für Recording ist Logic von Apple. Dazu gehört auch die Komplete 14 Ultimate Collectors Edition Plugin-Sammlung von Native Instruments und auch von Izotope, und Waves Horizon.
In meinem Studio habe ich wenige, aber hochwertige Geräte und ich kenne mich gut genug damit aus, um hochwertige Tracks oder auch ganze Alben herzustellen.
Arrangement und Notensatz gehören auch zu meinen Arbeitsfeldern. Hierzu benutze ich in der Regel das Programm Sibelius. Hiermit kann ich vom Leadsheet bis zum Big Band Arrangement hervorragende Noten / Partituren erstellen.
Nowadays, it is very common to run a studio. Almost everybody who owns a computer could probably do it... but: does it sound good? It takes time until you have learned to use your software and equipment, until you are able to store good signals. It is also a question of good ear and experience when you want to produce good recordings and mixes.

In my studio, I only have a few devices, but they have excellent quality and I know how to use them to get good sounding tracks or even a whole album, if needed.
I also write arrangements and I am also booked to write music notation for bands who need proper sheets. Mainly, I use Sibelius for music notation. With this software, I can write from Leadsheets up to big scores for Big Band etc. ...
